Villa Elena gave us a wonderful holiday in Crete. The villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed. Like many holiday homes, it wasn't absolutely perfect in every tiny detail, but honestly, that didn't matter at all. What made this place exceptional was the owner. He was incredibly friendly, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared that we had the best possible stay. His hospitality went far beyond what we expected, and he made us feel like friends rather than guests. If I could give 10 stars for service, I absolutely would. The owner's kindness and generosity completely overshadowed any minor imperfections, and we left with fantastic memories. Séjour incroyable dans cette villa. Tout était parfait : le confort, la vue, l’emplacement… et surtout, tout est encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos. Un grand merci à Sifis, qui est probablement le meilleur hôte que j’aie eu jusqu’à présent. We stayed in Villa elena for a week and had the best time. Sifris was the best host, going above and beyond in every little detail. From being super responsive, to welcoming us with a home made meal, and coming to the villa to do a bbq for us. Other than the hospitality, the villa itself is absolutely amazing, with a heated pool, playground, many outdoor areas, very nice views, and being in the middle of nature. Our stay at Villa Elena was memorable. The place is gorgeous, and so is the view. But most importantly, Sifis, our host, was amazing. His hospitality was unlike anything we had ever experienced before. On the first night, he welcomed us with a homemade moussaka and a salad for everyone. A couple of days later, he came to prepare a BBQ for all of us using great local products. He was always available whenever we needed anything and even allowed us to stay a bit after checkout on our last day. We have a fantastic stay here with two families (4 adults and three little children). This place is just amazing, great view, heated pool and the best host I ever had. Sifis really takes care of his guests. You can ask him anything, he is very honest and helpful. He (and his wife) made us two times a great dinner! There was a delicious Moussaka ready together with an enormous  Greek salad. What a kind gesture after aong day of flying with kids. In the mid of our stay he also made an authentic Greek barbecue with local side dishes. Very much appreciated! Sifis understands his guests, which he considers his friends. He knows how to talk to kids and even brought them some nice presents at the end of the stay. Safe to say our kids loved this place. Great time at the pool, nice view and friendly host. We had an absolutely amazing stay! The place itself was stunning — spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could wish for. We visited with two families and never once felt cramped. The kitchen was especially impressive and made cooking together a joy. The host went above and beyond to prepare for our arrival, even providing all the baby necessities we needed, which made our stay so much easier. He also gave us fantastic recommendations for places to visit and great restaurants nearby, and was always available for any questions we had. We felt truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The thoughtful welcome meal and the unforgettable BBQ — complete with a legendary salad! — were wonderful touches that made our stay even more special. We genuinely hope to return one day.
